Re-entry Advocate, Father’s Uplift

With the motto “Healing, teaching, and learning for families and communities impacted by incarceration”, Fathers’ UpLift provides mental health counseling, coaching, advocacy, and resource support to assist fathers with overcoming barriers (racism, emotional, traumatic, and addiction-based barriers) that prevent them from remaining engaged in their children’s lives.


Glenn is a reentry advocate and investor who works with individuals, families and communities that are impacted by incarceration and that face various challenges to successful reintegration.

As a returning citizen who was released in 2010 after serving 21 years, Glenn has a passion for and commitment to assisting formerly and currently incarcerated men and women as well as their families. In 2011, Glenn attended the University of Massachusetts Boston, receiving certification in the Addictions Counselor Education Program.

Currently Glenn supports men reentering the community reunite with their children, who are residing in the DCF foster care system, as well as healing from the trauma of incarceration, life skills and family reunification
