Attorney, Linda Champion
Linda Champion is an real-estate attorney, opinion columnist and educator. In 2013 she joined the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents as an assistant general counsel representing the Commonwealth’s Workers’ Compensation Trust Fund. Champion was appointed in 2020 to serve the Town of Milton on the Equity & Justice For all Committee and appointed in 2021 by Mayor Martin J. Walsh to serve the City of Boston as a Commissioner of the Municipal Lobbying Compliance Commission.
In 2020, Champion graduated from Emerge, a national program that trains female political candidates. She was nominated by the Class of 2020 to continue to serve on their behalf and was appointed to the Mass Emerge Alumni Advisory Board where she serves today as the Chair of the Alumni Committee and publishes its monthly newsletter.
