Alexia “Lexie” Cole is a people-focus HR leader with more 20+ years of experience supporting people, culture, and organizational growth. She currently serves as Director of Human Resources and Learning and Development at Harvard Federal Credit Union (Harvard University), where she is a member of the Senior Leadership team and leads the HR function.

Alexia earned her Bachelor of Science from Lesley College, with a minor in Psychology and a specialization in Human Resources, and her master’s degree in organizational psychology from William James College. She also holds the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) credential. People-centric at her core, Lexie is passionate about building work cultures that empower individuals to grow while strengthening organizational culture.
