Larry Bailey has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. After years of working as a barber, he decided to expand his horizons and increase his earning potential by pursuing a career in trucking. Motivated by the goal of owning his own dump truck and starting a hauling business, Larry completed professional truck driver training under the guidance of Wayne Lane, whose “hard love” teaching style pushed him to succeed.

Confident in his abilities from day one, Larry knew he would pass his licensing exam on the first try, and he did. He thrives in straightforward, no-nonsense environments and values the encouragement he’s received from Wayne, friends, family, and peers. With his training complete, he’s ready to step into the world of independent trucking and turn his vision into a thriving business.
