Wendy Dinkins brings over 42 years of experience working with formerly incarcerated individuals and survivors of domestic violence. Her deep expertise, combined with her own lived experience, gives her a unique and empathetic perspective when supporting Justice 4 Housing clients.

As the Reentry Program Manager, Ms. Dinkins is committed to fostering a safe, stable, and empowering environment where residents can rebuild their lives with dignity and support. She understands the challenges of reentry firsthand and works tirelessly to ensure that each client receives the resources, guidance, and encouragement they need to succeed.

Beyond her professional role, Ms. Dinkins is affectionately known as “Mother Wendy” by those she serves—a testament to the warmth, wisdom, and unwavering dedication she brings to her work. Her ability to connect with and uplift clients makes her an invaluable part of the Justice 4 Housing team, often described as the organization’s “secret weapon” in the fight for housing justice and successful reintegration.
