Gabe Zimmerman
Senior Policy Advisor
Bio
Gabe is currently the Senior Policy Advisor at Justice 4 Housing. In May 2022, he graduated Harvard Law School with over 2,600 hours of pro-bono legal work, including 1800 hours spent representing low-income clients in the greater Boston community as a part of the Tenant Advocacy Project, Harvard Defenders, and Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Institute. He has represented clients facing criminal charges in Roxbury District Court, in post-conviction parole proceedings, and tenants facing subsidy termination and eviction from public housing. Beginning in August 2022, he will serve as a law clerk for the Hon. Stuart Rabner, Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Gabe is passionate about ending mass incarceration and addressing the unjust collateral consequences of the criminal legal system.
