J4H Trade Core Home Ownership Program
The J4H Trade Core Home Ownership Program combines housing vouchers with Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) education and entrepreneurship training, equipping participants to build and own trucking businesses. This includes instruction in dispatching, contracting, and job creation, creating a comprehensive pathway from reentry to economic independence.

Program Overview
