John ‘Jay’ Doyle is the Controller at Justice 4 Housing. Jay is a CPA with a Deloitte & Touche, Big 4, audit background. While working at Deloitte, he was exposed to many business sectors including Non-Profit, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Financial Services. He has over twenty-five years of experience in these sectors.

His experience encompasses ten years as a Controller for America Works – a welfare to work agency focused on placing welfare recipients into permanent, sustainable jobs. America Works’ model helps support their constituents throughout the transition and reentry process. 

Jay’s core competencies include Budgeting and Financial Forecasting, Grant Management, Contract Negotiation & Administration, Internal Controls & Data Integrity and Financial Reporting & Compliance. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Babson College.
