Lisa Searcy serves as the Director of Transitional Housing at Justice 4 Housing.

Lisa is a dedicated community advocate and housing professional with extensive experience supporting individuals and families impacted by incarceration, housing instability, and other barriers to stability. As Director of Transitional Housing, Lisa oversees transitional and reentry housing services, working collaboratively with participants, parole and probation departments, housing providers, and community partners.

In her role, Lisa focuses on helping participants successfully navigate the transition from incarceration to independent living. She provides leadership in participant assessments, individualized stabilization planning, housing navigation, employment support, program compliance, and connections to critical community resources. She believes successful reentry requires more than housing, it requires consistent support, access to resources, and meaningful opportunities for individuals to rebuild their lives.

Through her work at Justice 4 Housing, Lisa remains committed to reducing barriers to housing, strengthening pathways to permanent housing, and empowering returning citizens to achieve stability, independence, and long-term success.
