Justice 4 Housing

Young Adults Program

Did you know? Each year, an estimated 4.2 million youth and young adults experience homelessness in the United States, with many facing significant barriers to stable housing, employment, and education.

Our Young Adults Program addresses the housing instability faced by justice-impacted young adults by providing temporary rental assistance, case management, and support services, laying the foundation for long-term stability and independence.

We’d like to thank UTEC for their generous support, which is helping us grow our Young Adults Housing Program and provide justice-impacted young people with stable housing, support, and opportunities to rebuild their lives and work toward long-term stability.

Program Overview

Justice 4 Housing is launching a transformative rapid rehousing program designed to support young adults facing homelessness. This initiative provides a stable foundation for young adults aged 25 and under who are chronically homeless with a CORI, providing a critical steppingstone toward long-term stability and independence.

What We Provide:

  • Two years of rental assistance
  • Two years of covered utilities
  • $2,500 furniture allowance
  • Individualized case management
  • Regular site visits for ongoing support

Program Eligibility

  • Participants must be under 25 years of age
  • Participants must be chronically homeless with a CORI
  • Participants must actively pursue employment, vocational training, or educational opportunities

Those who are employed will contribute 30% of their income toward rent.
